Built-in pressure gauges are intended for installation in switch panels, e.g. in control cabinets. They are either fastened by holes in the front ring or via a fastening clamp from the rear. You can select from various diameters, pressure ranges and accuracy classes. Normal practice is to load the pressure gauge up to maximum 80% of the display range. Thus if a pressure of 10 bars should be measured, then the use of a 16 bar pressure gauge is recommended. For pulsations (e.g. through pumps or hydraulic applications), we recommend a pressure gauge with glycerine filling. Tip: In addition to the pipe spring built-in pressure gauge of the German quality brand WIKA, we also supply a more economical Eco-Line variant, which can be used for simpler applications.
