Item description
Version: Self-relieving pressure regulator
Materials: Body: PA 66 GF60, spring hood: POM, diaphragms and seals: NBR
Temperature range: -10 to +50 °C
Input pressure: Max. 16 bar (model series 0: max 12 bar)
Pressure gauge connection: G 1/4" (model series 0: G 1/8")
Media: Oiled and unoiled compressed air, neutral gasses
Advantages: •Automatic venting in the event of overpressure on the secondary side, •Easy assembly of individual components using coupling kits within a model series, •Hand wheel can be locked by pressing down on it and bolted with a lock - please use VHS 20. Model series 0 cannot be locked.
Switch panel thread: M 36x1,5
Scope of delivery: Pressure regulator incl. 50 mm pressure gauge
Flow: G 1/4": 2000 l/min, G 3/8": 2500 l/min, secondary vent: 70 l/min, (precision pressure regulator 120 l/min)
ATEX: Operating material without its own potential source of ignition in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU
Advantages: •by combining several regulators in a block, one compressed air supply can supply several compressed air circuits with independently controllable pressures. The compressed air outlet (G 1/4") is located opposite the pressure gauge.
*Standard series, please prefer for use, since the pressure control range is universally usable, **low own air consumption (2.6 l/min at 6 bar outlet pressure) but better hysteresis - almost independent of the primary pressure, control accuracy ± 25 mbar
All data are to be understood as non-binding reference values! We do not assume liability for any data selection not confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise specified, pressure values refer to liquids from Group II at +20°C.
