Functional principle: One-directional flow control valves restrict the flow in one direction, while the flow in the other direction is unrestricted. Throttle valves, on the other hand, restrict the flow in both directions according to the setting of the throttle screw. Standard form are the throttle check valves "exhaust regulating". If these are screwed into a cylinder, for example, they enable smooth running without slip-stick effect. Throttle check valves are used in the special form "supply air regulating" for cylinders with a small volume (small diameter/small stroke).
Media: Compressed air, neutral gases
Materials: Body: nickel-plated brass / PA 66, sleeve: PA 66, seal: NBR, holding claws: stainless steel, cartridge: Zinc-plated ZnDC (only silicone-free seals and lubricants are used during assembly)
Temperature range: -20 to +80 °C
Operating pressure: -0,95 to 20 bar
Advantages: •especially compact design (approx. 30% lower compared with standard flow control silencers), •simple setting possible without tools, •after setting, can be easily locked by pressing the cap
All data are to be understood as non-binding reference values! We do not assume liability for any data selection not confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise specified, pressure values refer to liquids from Group II at +20°C.
