Item description
Control voltages: 24 V DC
Voltage tolerance: ± 10 %
Power consumption: 2.5 W /station
Protection class: IP 40
Version: with LED and protection circuit
Advantages: •Quick and easy connection, •Compact design, •Universally applicable due to modular system, •LED switching status display and protective circuit, •Up to 22 valves can be controlled via a multi-pin connection cable, •Easy valve replacement
Description: The valve terminals have a modular construction. Please order: 1. Terminal box corresponding to the number of magnets to be controlled. 2. Manifold corresponding to the number of magnets to be controlled. 3. Valves (5/2 or 5/3-way valves) of the relevant model series. 4. For each pulse valve or 5/3-way valve, one connection plate for the second magnet.
Assembly: 1. Slide terminal box onto manifold using dovetail guide. 2. Mount valves (valves with two coils are connected to the second coil via the MSF...-JC) and tighten screw. 3. In case of possible vibrations, please us the additional mounting plates type MCS...-CP, in order to tightly connect the coils with the terminal box.
Function: Up to 22 stations are controlled via a multi-pin connection cable. Each station is provided with a LED status indicator and a protection circuit. The terminal can always be equipped with 5/2- and 5/3-way valves with a DIN-plug of model series SF2000 where monostable 5/2-way valves are used for single stations, while 5/3-way valves are used for two stations.
