Advantages:

The following control elements can be combined for the forward and return stroke as desired:


1: Speed control:
The speeds of extension and retraction can be regulated by adjusting the choke spindle. You can choose between the standard flow control (Setting done using several rotations) and the scaled bi-directional flow control valve (Setting on a scale of 0 to 270°).

2: STOP valve:
The movements of extension and retraction can be stopped or blocked by using this valve. If the valve is open, the cylinder travels at the set speed. If it is closed, the cylinder remains at its current position. As a standard, the valve is delivered closed (NC) and with its basic settings. The controller could be pneumatic or electric. Application example: Positioning of the cylinder

3: SKIP valve:
Using this valve allows the stroke to travel at two different speeds. With the valve open, the cylinder travels rapidly, while with the valve being closed, it travels at a speed set using the bi-directional flow control valve. As a standard, the valve is delivered closed (NC) and with its basic settings. The controller could be pneumatic or electric. Application example: The drilling unit travels rapidly up to the point where the drill touches the workpiece. Drilling then takes place at a slower set speed.
